Friendly staff.
This bank is NOT a personable bank! It ONLY cares about it's customers. I went to get a roll of quarters and was asked if I was a customer. I said no. They refused to give me quarters. Then they said they would have to charge me an extra 10 dollars in order to get a roll. I came back to talk to a manager and was not referred to one. This time quarters were refused to me alltogether without a convenience fee. I was going to start an account there for a family member BUT NOT NOW!!! What is this world coming to! You can't exchange currency for coins?! I am going to tell everyone in town not to bank there. Absolutely unbelievable!

My family has been going to First Trust and Savings Bank for as long as I can remember. I, personally, have been banking with them for 12 years now. There are no hassles to deal with at the Watseka branch. The tellers are friendly and understanding. I have not even had the slighest inkling of a problem with this bank. I've banked elsewhere and the people at these other banks just don't care. Thank you for the professionalism Watseka First Trust and Savings, you have made the choice easy.
